  Pleasent and helpful staff, mainly a standard hotel. A little on the tired side but functional. Unless you want to drive there is no way to access the food court and shops on the other side of the road.

  The food was very poor. The rooms were ok but needed a good clean, especially the bathrooms. One of the toilets wasn't working in a room for one of our group and nothing was done to rectify the problem. That said, the two female members of staff in the restaurant were fantastic. The hotel could be marvellous for those wanting a value for money lodgings if only a little more effort was put in.

  The room we were given had a disgusting smell, there were two large mould patches on the carpet. Fully booked first night so had to put up with it. Given other room for remainder of stay, not overly clean but better than the first one
