    Such gorgeous deserts hot and cold. Great tasting coffee. Great service everytime with polite and friendly staff

    A small venue for a busy cafe.
    The standard of service has fallen considerably since the start of the year. So much so that I'll not be going again.
    The food is well prepared, although a little overpriced.
    There are long waits for food to arrive.
    Tables are left uncleared and dirty.
    The tea and coffee hardly ever arrive with your food or cake.
    Orders are forgotten about.
    On the plus side, the cake selection is amazing and varied enough to provide a treat for all pallets.

    This is the ideal spot for cake lovers. There is real pride in the delicious cakes they produce and they are very reasonably priced. Patisserie Valerie is also a great place to have lunch. Whether you're meeting with friends or having a business lunch, this venue gets full marks!
