  I had arranged with St Vincent's to collect a three seater sofa and chair also a lighted wall unit from the home of my deceased mother.
  The collection was to be between 12 and 3.30 pm on Wednesday 16th March 2016.
  I got to my mother's address at 11.30am just in case they arrived early, at 3.10pm when the van had not arrived I contacted the charity and spoke with Luke. He was the man I had arranged the collection with, he was not much help, he said he could not contact the driver and there was still twenty minutes to go.
  At 3.45pm my wife phoned again, only to be told they would not be coming, sorry.
  It is the last time I will deal with a charity, they could not even be bothered to phone me to let me know.

  We called in to have a look around and found it to be a little space with items offered and staff which need either re training or replacing as coffee and banter between themselves prevented a purchase as we couldn't break their conversation long enough to get served so we left nine pounds richer as we failed to get served so we left the item on the counter and left.
